RIGATONI SPINACH AND WALNUTS
Ingredients for 6 persons:
400 grams of rigatoni
500 grams of spinach
500 grams of white sauce
100 grams of walnuts
150 grams of mozzarella
50 g of grated parmesan cheese
1 knob of butter
salt
nutmeg
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Total time: 1 hour
procedure:
Blanch the walnuts for a few minutes then chop in a coarse and set aside.
Clean and wash the spinach and toss them in a pan with a knob of butter for 15 minutes, add salt and keep aside.
Prepare the white sauce and place in large bowl.
United spinach and chopped walnuts and mix by adding a pinch of salt and FLAVOURED with a pinch of nutmeg.
Cook the pasta in salted water still slightly firm and drain.
Place the pasta in a baking dish and season with white sauce spinach and walnuts.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and add the diced mozzarella cheese and mix together.
Bake the pasta, spinach and walnuts at 220 degrees mode grill until the surface is gratin.
Leave to cool, cut and serve.
